Reliable 12V DC diaphragm pump (120W) — 8 L/min flow and up to 1.0 MPa pressure. Built for tough transfer tasks including sewage, booster and drainage systems. CE certified and easy to install in off-grid and vehicle systems.
This 12V DC high-pressure diaphragm pump combines compact size with robust performance. The positive-displacement diaphragm design handles solids and intermittent operation better than comparable centrifugal pumps, making it ideal for sewage transfer, booster systems and mobile cleaning rigs. With a rated flow of 8 L/min and maximum pressure of 1.0 MPa, it suits many light industrial and marine applications. CE certified and designed for straightforward installation and maintenance.
Installation & maintenance notes
Install on a stable, vibration-isolated base; protect the motor from direct water exposure.
Provide a properly sized fuse and switch on the 12V supply to protect wiring and motor.
If transferring sewage or liquids with solids, confirm inlet strainer size and check manufacturer’s maximum solid-particle rating.
Regularly inspect diaphragms, seals and valves; replace diaphragms if signs of wear or loss of performance appear.
If continuous high-pressure operation is required, verify duty cycle with the manufacturer.
