Failure to follow these steps within the stated timeframe will result in automatic rejection of your refund request.

If a return is required, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Customers must cover the return shipping costs unless we confirm a major defect caused by us.

Returned items must be sent within 3 days of receiving approval—late returns will not be accepted.
