Mukora Smart Farm is committed to ensuring timely and secure delivery of all orders. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within one to two business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

Mukora Smart Farm offers local, nationwide, and international shipping. For local deliveries within Murang’a County and nearby areas, estimated delivery is within one to two business days. For nationwide deliveries across Kenya, orders typically arrive within three to five business days. International shipping is available, with estimated delivery ranging from seven to fourteen business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. These delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, courier delays, or regulatory inspections.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including any additional fees, taxes, or customs duties that may apply for international shipments. Mukora Smart Farm is not liable for any customs-related delays or charges imposed by the destination country.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number, if applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their shipment and ensure they are available to receive their package upon delivery.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts and Incorrect Addresses

Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer must cover all costs associated with re-shipping. If a recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Mukora Smart Farm is not liable for delays or lost orders caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Mukora Smart Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If a package arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within twenty-four hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence by emailing info@m-smartfarm.com. Any claims for lost packages must be filed directly with the courier, as we do not assume responsibility for carrier-related issues once the order has been shipped.

7. No Refunds for Delayed Shipments

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but Mukora Smart Farm is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier inefficiencies, weather conditions, customs processing, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Customers acknowledge that shipping times are estimates and agree that no refunds will be issued for delayed shipments.

8. International Shipping

For international orders, customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their respective countries. Any delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control, and we are not liable for additional charges or extended delivery times caused by international regulatory processes. Customers are advised to check with their local customs authorities before placing an order.

9. Policy Updates

Mukora Smart Farm reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes made to this policy.
