About the Role
The Marketing Associate will drive brand awareness, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns to promote Mukora Smart Farm’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute social media campaigns.
-Conduct market research to identify customer trends.
-Design promotional materials and advertisements.
-Assist in SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
-Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate:
-Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
-0-2 years of experience in marketing (training provided).
-Proficiency in social media, content writing, and digital marketing.
Requirements
✅ Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
✅ 0-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content creation (entry-level role with training provided).
✅ Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and content writing.
✅ Creativity in designing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
✅ Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends in agribusiness.
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage customers.
✅ Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and website management is a plus.
Preferred but not required:
✔️ Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools.
✔️ Prior exposure to agricultural marketing or agribusiness development.
✔️ Willingness to travel to farms, trade fairs, and agricultural exhibitions.
