About the Role

The HR Representative will manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.

-Assist in policy development and enforcement.

-Maintain accurate HR records and payroll coordination.

-Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts.

-Support training and development programs.

Ideal Candidate:

-Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

-1+ years of experience in HR roles (entry-level candidates welcome).

-Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.

Requirements

✅ Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations (entry-level candidates welcome).


✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.


✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for handling employee concerns.


✅ Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.


Attention to detail in maintaining employee records and payroll coordination.


✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Preferred but not required:

✔️ Prior experience in an agriculture-related company is a plus.

✔️ Certification in CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) is an advantage.

✔️ Experience using HR software for employee management.
