About the Role
The Account Director will drive business growth by managing key client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and overseeing account management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business.
-Manage relationships with high-value clients and corporate partners.
-Lead contract negotiations and deal closures.
-Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze market trends.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize branding strategies.
-Mentor and oversee the sales & business development team.
Ideal Candidate:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-5+ years of experience in account management or business development.
-Strong leadership and B2B sales expertise.
-Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
✅ 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
✅ Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and business growth.
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and oversee sales teams.
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Experience in developing sales strategies and closing high-value deals.
✅ Ability to analyze financial reports, market data, and business opportunities.
Preferred but not required:
✔️ Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or B2B sales is a plus.
✔️ Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
✔️ Strong networking skills to expand M-Smart Farm’s client base.
